Quadro-B Cork Flooring

A 7/16 in (11 mm) Swiss-engineered floating cork plank that keeps rooms warm, quiet, and comfortable, and is tough enough for commercial class 33 use.

Quadro-B is a real cork floating floor built as a three-layer sandwich: a 1/8 in (3 mm) natural cork wear surface on top, a 0.27 in (6.8 mm) E1 grade moisture-resistant HDF core in the middle, and a 0.05 in (1.2 mm) agglomerated cork backing underneath. The result is a full 7/16 in (11 mm) of plank that feels solid underfoot while staying softer and more forgiving than hardwood or tile.

That comfort is not marketing language, it is cell structure. Cork packs roughly 40 million air-filled cells into every cubic centimeter, which is why this floor insulates so well against heat loss. In a cool or cold climate it holds an even, comfortable floor temperature year round, so walking barefoot in winter no longer means cold feet.

The surface carries HotCoating protection with a high-resistance Natural Shield water-based polyurethane finish. It shrugs off everyday spills and hard wear, reaching commercial durability class 33, and the honeycomb cell structure absorbs impact sound instead of reflecting it, so rooms feel noticeably quieter.

Installation is a floating Uniclic click-lock system: square-edge planks with no bevel click together over the subfloor. Six planks per carton cover 17.97 sq ft, and the same floor works in family rooms, offices, and commercial spaces alike. Cork is also a naturally antimicrobial surface, a practical choice for allergy sufferers, and a sustainable one: the bark is harvested without felling the tree, and a cork oak can live up to 200 years and give around 20 harvests.
