How to save on shipping cost?
Shipping the product to a terminal is the best way for us to help you keep your costs down.
If you have a large vehicle, you can save around $70-$120 dollars by picking up your order at a shipping company terminal in your area. Please advise us if you would prefer a terminal pickup and we can provide you with the terminal address.
The shipping companies we use include:FedEx Freight, YRC, CSA, More information about each company including terminal locations can be found by clicking each company`s name. Free Shipping or discounted offers will be at Icork’s Terminal location choice and should be confirmed by our office.
How quickly can you ship my order?
All orders placed Monday-Friday before 11am (Pacific Time) ship the same day. After that time we will ship your order the next day. Friday orders placed after 11am (Pacific Time) or orders placed over the weekend ship out on Monday.
You will receive your order’s tracking information from us within 1 business day. You can expect to receive your flooring within 3-7 business days (East Coast shipments may take longer than 7 days). You will receive a call from the shipping company the day prior to arrange for delivery. Our cork flooring products are shipped from the west coast from our Vancouver, British Columbia Canada warehouse. If there is a back-order of stock in a certain colour/finish, we will let you know prior to arranging for payment.

How does a residential delivery work?
A residential delivery is considered completed when the product is delivered to your driveway. In order to facilitate this type of delivery, our flooring products require a delivery vehicle equipped with a lift-gate. The pallets containing your order will be lowered from the truck and placed in your driveway using a pallet jack.
Please note that your order will be delivered to your curbside, and we do not offer inside delivery services. It will be your responsibility to move the product from the curbside into your home.
What are the shipping policies?
Delivery is Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm local time. The carrier will call you in advance to arrange a delivery time
Upon receiving your cork flooring, we strongly advise you to inspect both the pallet and each carton with great care. Count each carton to ensure that there are no shortages or discrepancies between what is listed on the driver’s waybill and what is on your invoice. In the event of any damage or shortage/overage, it is crucial to make a note of it on the driver’s waybill before signing it. Failing to follow these steps will regrettably hinder our ability to initiate any freight claims on your behalf. Please be aware that if the waybill is signed without any damage or shortage/overage being noted, you are essentially accepting the product in new condition and assuming ownership of it in its current state.
What should I do if I receive the message “There are no shipping methods available …” when I check out?
- Please remove the “X” from the “Ship to a different address”.
- Please only put 5 digits without the zip code extension (do not put 9 digits).
If it still won’t work, then please send email to [email protected] asking for your 5 free samples to be mailed to you. Please include your entire name and shipping details + the samples you have chosen.
We have not added the zip codes for some of the more remote areas of the Maritimes…simply because we will hand-calculated shipping quote. The website generates generic numbers which are inaccurate sometime.

Yes. We ship our products to Hawaii and Alaska. We use Lynden International to ship our products to Hawaii, Alaska.
