Vintage Stone Techslate Stone-Look Flooring
The character of weathered slate with a warmth and quiet that real stone can never give you: waterproof, rated A2fl-s1 for fire, and built for Class 33 commercial traffic. Vintage Stone captures the aged, time-worn look of natural slate through direct, lightfast digital printing on a rigid mineral carrier plate. You get the visual depth of stone in a 19/64 in (7.5 mm) plank that clicks together and floats over your subfloor, with no mortar, no grout, and no cold feet. The construction does the heavy lifting. A highly viscoelastic intermediate layer sits over the mineral core, and a GREEN Sound impact underlay is bonded underneath, so each step lands soft and quiet instead of the hard clack of ceramic. On top, the KORUS ceramic-reinforced coating adds toughness, water resistance, and easy cleaning without giving up that comfort. Because the core is mineral (cement fiberboard), the plank is fully waterproof and exceptionally stable: swelling after 24 hours in water is 0%, and dimensional movement is under 0.03%. That stability lets installations run up to roughly 10,760 square feet (1,000 m²) without expansion or separation joints, so large open floor plans stay seamless. Rated for commercial Class 33 and residential Class 23, Vintage Stone is at home in busy venues like cafes, offices, and hospitals as much as in kitchens, entries, and family rooms. And when its service life ends, the floor is designed to be dismantled easily and is fully recyclable through a second-life process. Why this floor
