Classic Porcelain Techslate Stone-Look Flooring

The clean, honed look of porcelain tile with the quiet, comfortable feel of a floating floor: fully waterproof, fire rated A2fl-s1, and built for commercial class 33 traffic. Classic Porcelain gives you the calm, uniform surface of a honed porcelain floor without the cold, hard, echoing downsides of real tile. The pattern is applied by direct, lightfast digital printing, so the color holds its vibrancy even in sun-filled rooms: its lightfastness rating is above 7 on a scale of 1 to 8. Under the surface, this is a very different animal from ceramic. Each 19/64 in (7.5 mm) plank is built on a mineral carrier plate with a highly viscoelastic intermediate layer above it and a GREEN Sound impact underlay bonded underneath, all sealed under a KORUS ceramic-reinforced coating. The result is a floor that improves impact sound by roughly 19 dB and cuts in-room noise by 35%, while still shrugging off water, stains, and rolling chairs. Because the mineral core is so dimensionally stable (under 0.03% movement), Classic Porcelain can run up to about 10,700 sq ft (1,000 m²) in a single field with no expansion or separation joints: no ugly transition strips breaking up a large open space. Planks click together with the Uniclic locking profile and float over the subfloor, so there is no mortar, no grout, and no adhesive. It is also an eco-conscious choice. The cement fiberboard construction is engineered to be dismantled easily and is fully recyclable through a second-life process, and emissions test below 100 ppm per AgBB criteria.

• Healthy-home credentials: emissions below 100 ppm per AgBB, plus antistatic behavior below 2.0 kV.
