Warm Stone Cork Flooring

Stone looks, cork comfort: a Swiss-engineered 7/16" (11mm) floating plank rated for full commercial traffic, with watertight Uniclic joints and an 18 dB quieter step.

Warm Stone gives you the calm, mineral look of stone in a floor that never feels cold underfoot. Cork's cell structure (roughly 40 million air-filled cells per cubic centimeter) insulates naturally, so the surface stays at a comfortable temperature all year. Walking barefoot in winter stops being a dare.

Each plank is built in three layers: a 3mm natural cork top layer over a 6.8mm E1 grade moisture-resistant HDF core, finished underneath with a 1.2mm agglomerated cork backing. The wear surface is protected by HotCoating with a high-resistance Natural Shield water-based polyurethane finish, which is how this floor earns AC5 abrasion resistance and a class 33 commercial rating alongside its class 23 domestic rating.

Underfoot, the floor stays permanently elastic. That natural give is easy on ankles and knees on long days, and the same honeycomb cell structure absorbs impact sound instead of bouncing it around the room. Planks click together with the Uniclic locking profile, so the floor floats: no glue, no nails, and square edges with no bevel for a clean, continuous surface in living areas, offices, and retail spaces alike.

• Rated class 33 commercial and class 23 domestic (EN 16511), with a 15-year residential and 5-year commercial warranty.
• AC5 abrasion resistance (EN 14354 and EN 13329): the highest wear class commonly asked of click flooring.
• 18 dB impact sound reduction (EN ISO 717-2) from cork's honeycomb cell structure.
• Watertight joints: the patented Uniclic system locks tighter than standard click versions, eliminating open joints; 24-hour swell value is under 8% (EN 317).
• Natural thermal insulation from about 40 million cells per cubic centimeter; thermal resistance 0.108 m² K/W.
• Low-emission build: E1 grade HDF core, conformity with AgBB emissions criteria, and GreenGuard Gold certification (see documents below).
• Castor-chair suitable (type W) and R10 slip rating, so it holds up under office chairs and busy floors.

Important product note

This flooring uses an adapted Uniclic click system that locks more tightly than standard click versions and exceeds European standards, eliminating open joints and delivering a watertight, highly stable lock. The trade-off is a firmer fit during installation: always use an 8" (20 cm) taping block to seat the planks, avoid edge damage, and keep the finished floor looking pristine.
