Matera Blend Techslate Stone-Look Flooring

The look of natural slate with a warm, quiet, waterproof mineral core: Matera Blend is stone styling built for real life. Matera Blend brings a blended slate character to your floor through direct, lightfast digital printing on a 19/64 in (7.5 mm) plank. Because the print is rated over 7 on the 8-point lightfastness scale, the color stays vibrant even in sun-drenched rooms, so a wall of windows is a feature, not a risk. Under the surface, this is engineering, not imitation. A mineral carrier plate core makes each plank completely waterproof and so dimensionally stable that installations can run up to roughly 10,700 sq ft (1,000 m2) without expansion or separation joints. A highly viscoelastic intermediate layer and a GREEN Sound impact underlay sit above and below that core, so the floor feels comfortable underfoot and stays quiet: about 19 dB of impact sound improvement and a 35% reduction in room sound. The wear surface is protected by KORUS, a ceramic-reinforced finish that makes the floor tougher, more water-resistant, and easier to clean while preserving its comfort, warmth, and quiet performance. Rated Commercial Class 33 and Residential Class 23, Matera Blend is at home in busy venues like cafes, airports, and hospitals as well as private homes. Planks click together with the Uniclic profile for a floating installation, and the cement fiberboard construction is designed to be dismantled easily and fully recycled through a second-life process. Will it stand up to heavy traffic, rolling chairs, and furniture?
