Industrial Grey Natural Composite Flooring

Forna Natural Composite in a cool concrete gray, built on a waterproof Hydrowood core with a quiet cork backing. Industrial Grey brings the understated, workshop-inspired look of poured concrete to a floor built with a natural linseed composite surface. The surface is natural linseed composite surface: linseed oil, pine resin, limestone, cork wood flour, and jute, pressed into a muted gray that suits modern kitchens, offices, and living spaces alike. Under that surface sits serious engineering. A 0.06 in (1.5 mm) natural linseed composite layer is bonded to a 0.27 in (6.8 mm) waterproof Hydrowood core and finished with a 0.05 in (1.2 mm) agglomerated cork backing. The whole plank is 3/8 in (9.5 mm) thick and clicks together with a Uniclic locking profile, so it floats over your subfloor with no glue and no nails. The result feels different from vinyl or laminate: warmer underfoot, softer to stand on, and noticeably quieter, with roughly 18 dB of impact sound reduction from the cork and natural composite layers. A hardwearing water-based polyurethane finish (Natural Shield) protects the color, and a lightfastness rating above 7 keeps the gray from fading in sunny rooms. Rated commercial class 33, it is at home in busy shops and offices as well as active households, and it is optimized for use over underfloor heating. UL GreenGuard Gold certification confirms low emissions for healthier indoor air.
