Real cork oak bark on your wall: a 1 7/64 in. (28 mm) thick acoustic panel that mutes up to 75 dB of noise.

Roccia is the thickest wall panel in the lineup, and the closest to true cork bark. The face of each 23 5/8 in. x 23 5/8 in. (600 mm x 600 mm) panel is the actual bark of the cork oak, fused to an agglomerated cork body over a 3 mm MDF core. The golds, creams, beiges and browns are the tree's own patina, not a printed pattern, so no two panels repeat.

Despite the thickness, Roccia is lighter than you would expect. Cork's honeycomb cell structure is nearly 50 percent air, which is exactly what makes it such a strong thermal and acoustic insulator: the same panel that warms up a room visually also damps the sound inside it.

That rugged, uneven bark surface is not just for looks. It scatters sound waves in every direction, cutting reverb, echo and reflection, which is why these panels end up in music rooms, home theaters, recording studios, restaurants and meeting rooms as often as they do on statement walls. Use it on one accent wall for a comment-inducing focal point, or wrap a whole room (walls and ceiling both) for the rustic, old world look of natural cork bark.
