Durango Cork Wall Tile
A sculpted, sound-taming cork wall tile from Italy: an estimated 30 dB of noise absorbed, with nothing but natural cork bark on your wall.
Durango is a thick 25/64 in (10 mm) cork wall tile made in Italy from 100% cork, the renewable bark of the cork oak. Each tile measures 9-29/64 in x 31-1/2 in (240 mm x 800 mm), a long plank-style format that covers 2.07 sq. ft. per tile, and one 20-tile carton finishes 41.33 sq. ft. of wall or ceiling.
The surface is deliberately uneven. That sculpted relief is not just for looks: it diffuses sound in every direction, cutting reverb, echo, and reflection in the room, while the cork itself absorbs an estimated 30 dB of noise. Home offices, media rooms, studios, and bedrooms next to something loud all get quieter the day it goes up.
Cork is a natural thermal insulator too, helping keep rooms warmer in winter and cooler in summer, which can trim heating costs. And because it naturally resists pests, mold, and mildew, is hypo-allergenic, and is made with formaldehyde-free adhesives, it is a healthy alternative to wallpaper for allergy sufferers.
Rated for residential, light commercial, and commercial spaces, Durango installs on walls and ceilings with Wakol D3540 water-based contact adhesive. Plan for 10% overage when ordering.
