Cold-Weather Shipping for Adhesives and Finishes

Wakol D3540 adhesive and Loba 2K Supra AT polyurethane can be damaged by freezing temperatures. Orders containing these liquids may require winter packaging and faster shipping.

Use the winter package shown for your destination. Orders with longer transit times may require both winter packaging and expedited shipping.

Severe cold may delay shipping

Heating packs have a limited service life. If the forecast or expected transit time prevents safe delivery, we may recommend delaying the liquid portion of the order.

Inspect liquids on delivery

Bring liquids indoors immediately and open the carton to confirm that each product is still liquid and undamaged. Report frozen or damaged products to iCork Floor within 48 hours of delivery so we can review a carrier claim.

Adhesives and polyurethane are non-refundable. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure which cold-weather option applies.
