How to Select Terminal Pickup for Your Order

To choose Terminal Pickup as your delivery option, please follow these steps during checkout:

1. After providing your billing details, select “Ship to a different address.”
2. If you know the specific terminal address where you wish to pick up your order, please enter this address as the shipping address.
3. If you are not sure of the terminal address, or prefer not to enter it at this time, you can simply retain your home address in the shipping details. We will update it to the appropriate terminal address prior to shipment.
4. Please add a note stating “I will pick up my order at a terminal” to clarify your choice of Terminal Pickup and to prevent any potential misunderstandings.
5. We will locate the terminal nearest to your location. Should the terminal be more than an hour’s drive from your residence, we will contact you to confirm this is acceptable. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking number and the terminal address so you have all the details you need for pickup.
