Rich mocha brown color, a 7/16 inch (11 mm) Swiss engineered plank, and joints that lock watertight: this is cork flooring built for real life. Mocha brings the deep, warm brown of roasted coffee to a floor made almost entirely of natural cork. The material is harvested from the bark of the cork oak, a tree that is never felled or damaged in the process: the oaks live up to 200 years and can be peeled up to 20 times. If sustainability matters in your home, this floor starts with the right story. Each plank is a three-layer sandwich: a 3 mm layer of natural cork on top, a 6.8 mm E1 grade moisture resistant HDF core in the middle, and a 1.2 mm agglomerated cork backing underneath. The surface is sealed with a HotCoating wear layer and a highly resistant water based polyurethane finish, which is how this floor earns commercial class 33 and domestic class 23 ratings. Underfoot, cork is unlike anything else. Its cell structure holds roughly 40 million air-filled cells per cubic centimeter, so the floor insulates naturally and stays comfortable year round: barefoot in winter no longer means cold feet. That same honeycomb structure makes the floor permanently elastic, gentle on ankles and quiet to walk on. Installation is a floating click-lock system, no glue or nails. The patented Uniclic profile on these planks locks tighter than standard versions and forms a watertight joint, making Mocha a practical choice for busy households and commercial spaces alike.

It locks more securely and more watertight than standard click versions and exceeds European standards, eliminating open joints and ensuring stability. The trade-off is a firmer fit during installation: always use an 8 in (20 cm) tapping block to seat the joints, which protects the plank edges and keeps the floor looking pristine.
