A deep black cork floor, Swiss made, that stays warm underfoot, hushes footsteps, and carries a commercial class 33 rating.

Night is real cork in its darkest expression: a black plank floor that reads modern and moody in a dining room, bedroom, or storefront. Because the surface is genuine cork rather than a printed image, the natural texture moves through the dark tone and gives every plank its own character.

Each 7/16 in (11 mm) plank is built in three layers: a 0.12 in (3 mm) natural cork top layer over a 0.27 in (6.8 mm) E1 grade moisture resistant HDF core, finished underneath with a 0.05 in (1.2 mm) agglomerated cork backing. The planks join with the Uniclic click lock profile and float over the subfloor, with a clean square edge and no bevel, so the finished surface stays smooth and continuous.

The proprietary HotCoating surface treatment adds resistance to scuffs and scratches, improves slip resistance, and protects against spills of many kinds. Underfoot, cork's honeycomb cell structure (roughly 40 million air-filled cells per cubic centimeter) insulates against cold and stays permanently elastic, so the floor feels gentler than hard surfaces and helps reduce the risk of falls and ankle strain.

Rated commercial class 33 and domestic class 23, Night is at home in busy households and commercial spaces alike, backed by a 15 year residential warranty.
