The soft, pale look of driftwood oak, printed over real cork, so every step is quieter and warmer than the hardwood it resembles. Light Grey Oak pairs a cool, weathered oak visual with everything that makes cork worth standing on. A digital design print layer gives you the authentic grain of a light grey plank, while the 3 mm cork layer underneath keeps the surface warm and comfortable underfoot in a way wood and laminate never manage. Each 13/32 inch (10.5 mm) plank is built in three working layers: a 3 mm cork top with the design film, a high-density fiberboard core for stability, and a 1.5 mm cork underlay already attached to the back. That built-in underlay is why this floor cuts impact noise by 14 dB without you buying or laying a separate underlayment. Planks lock together with the Uniclic click system and float over the subfloor, so installation is a no-glue, no-nails project you can realistically do yourself. The embossed top coating is rated for residential and commercial areas, and the floor carries Commercial class 33 and Domestic class 23 ratings, so it is at home anywhere from a bedroom to a light commercial space. It is also a clean product in the literal sense: PVC free, low VOC, made with a solvent-free production process, anti-allergy, recyclable, and safe for people and the environment.
