Silver Birch emulates narrow strip hardwood in light caramels and soft honey shades, peppered with darker browns. The effect is light and airy: a restful, zen-retreat kind of beauty that still reads as thoroughly modern.

Each tile is 12 in x 24 in (30.5 cm x 61 cm) and a full 1/4 in (6 mm) of solid natural cork from top to bottom. The square-edged, straight-cut design installs seamlessly, so the finished floor reads as one large continuous surface rather than a grid of tiles.

Because the tile is 100 percent low-density, sound-absorbing cork, no separate underlayment is required. Cork's honeycomb cell structure is about 50 percent air, which makes the floor warm underfoot, quiet, and gently resilient: an easy surface for seniors, children, and anyone with joint pain. It is rated Domestic class 23 and Commercial class 32, so it belongs in busy homes and light commercial spaces alike, and with two site-applied coats of finish it is water-resistant enough for bathrooms.
