How to order products in icorkfloor.com

To order flooring, simply hover the cursor over the flooring that you are interested in and click on the item.  Once there, click on the floor of your choice – Salami is an example.

This brings you into the item’s webpage. Move the cursor to the number box that coincides with the flooring purchase. Change the number as required – 52 is the example.

 

Click “Add to Cart” and then “View Cart” to ensure the item has been added.
To add other product for example – 6mm cork underlay, move the cursor over “Accessories” and click.

Select the thickness of underlay and click. Change the number of items ordered – just like the flooring – and then “Add to Cart”. Then then move to “Check Out”.
Fill in billing and shipping details.

If you wish the order to be delivered to your residence, choose “Curbside Residential Delivery’, put your create cart info and click “Place Order”.

If you would like pick up the order in a shipper’s terminal. Find out the terminal address.

Hover the cursor over Contact – Terminal, and open the link in another tab.

Open the map and find the terminal address.

Back to the checkout page. Check the “Ship to a different address” and put terminal address as shipping address.

Or. You just put a note in the Order notes area when you check out. “I will pick up my order in a terminal near my home”. We will find a terminal and update the shipping address before we ship out. We will notice you the terminal when we send the shipping tracking number.

Fill out your credit card information and click “Place Order”.
